Aurora And St. Louis Regional Portfolio Manager

We are seeking a relationship-driven professional to support the growth of our Aurora and St. Louis regional portfolio. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building client relationships, and has experience navigating government, security, or commercial leasing environments. You will play a key role in driving occupancy, managing client agreements, and supporting strategic growth initiatives across multiple locations.

What You Will Do:

  • Drive Growth & Client Engagement
  • Identify and engage prospective clients to support new business development
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
  • Represent the company at tours, events, and industry engagements
  • Contracts Management & Agreements
  • Coordinate execution of new and renewal service agreements
  • Track key contract milestones and ensure timely follow-up
  • Maintain accurate records to support billing and compliance
  • Support Operations & Delivery
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and space delivery
  • Maintain occupancy goals across assigned locations
  • Track pipeline activity and maintain accurate CRM data
  • Enhance Processes & Reporting
  • Prepare regular updates and reports for leadership
  • Support CRM optimization and pipeline visibility
  • Contribute to process improvements and best practices

What You Bring:

  • Experience in government/GSA leasing, contracting, or secure environments
  • Strong sales, relationship management, or client-facing experience
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in the IC and/or DoD community
  • Knowledge of government agencies or contractor networks
  • Experience in leasing, sales, or client services
  • Preferred: TS/SCI clearance
  • Experience with CRM tools such as Pipedrive
  • Background in commercial or multi-tenant leasing
  • Familiarity with secure environments (SCIF)
