Responsibilities:

• Install and configure audio/visual (A/V) equipment, including microphones, speakers, projectors, video screens, lighting systems, and control consoles, for events, conferences, and installations.
• Operate and monitor A/V equipment during live events to ensure optimal performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
• Perform regular maintenance and minor repairs on A/V equipment to ensure reliability and longevity.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime during events.
• Work closely with clients to understand their A/V needs and provide technical support and recommendations.
• Maintain accurate records of equipment inventory, maintenance schedules, and event setups.
• Provide training to clients and team members on the proper use and maintenance of A/V equipment.

Requirements:

• CompTIA Security+ required
• 2-5 years' experience with setup, configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of A/V equipment used in conference rooms.
• Familiarity with A/V control systems and software.
• Experience with installation, configuration, and troubleshooting for large screen display monitors.
• ServiceNow ticket management experience preferred.
• High school diploma
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• This position may require occasional night, weekend or holiday support
• This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance. Candidates must be eligible for a background investigation.
