AIE Technical Project Coordinator

QED Systems, LLC is currently recruiting an Automated Installation Entry (AIE) Technical Project Coordinator (Analyst) to join our team at Fort Belvoir, VA to support our Product Manager Force Protection Systems (PM FPS) contract. Duties include representing the AIE Program Office to the Military Installation and the AIE installation contractor, arranging site meetings, coordinating with installation contractors, and preparing technical evaluations.

Required Skills & Experience: Must be able to work independently, be detail oriented and organized. Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, among a variety of audiences. Knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite of software, with specific experience in effective use of Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Project. Knowledge of DoD and Army installation infrastructure preferred. Knowledge of Army Physical Security Program and applicable policies and regulations, preferred. Required Clearance: ACTIVE CLEARANCE LEVEL REQUIRED: Secret Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required. Preferably in program management, engineering, systems management, business management, computer sciences, information management, or a related discipline. Six (6) years of general experience and one (1) year as a practicing analyst responsible for a functional area of an acquisition program. An additional three (3) years may substitute for degree. Travel: Up to 50% travel is expected for this position. Work Environment: This position will be performed in a variety of locations, including but not limited to, government offices, military bases and depots, warehouse/maintenance shops, and/or field environments that include extended periods outdoors. Position Type/Expected Hours of Work: This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday. Flexibility around core hours.
