You will be responsible for planning and managing complex technical projects which contribute to the organization's mission, goals, and objectives.
You will be responsible for the development of written plans and presentations to interested parties on program and project status, problems, and milestones.
You will determine manpower, facilities, equipment, and funding requirements for assigned projects using the Enterprise Resources Management (ERP) system and other applicable tools.
You will ensure assigned tasks are within cost and schedule commitments as negotiated with the customers; responsible for contracting actions and for tracking of project schedule and risk.
You will carry out work that may have little or no precedent and provide leadership in resolving major technical administrative problems.

You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NT-04 (GS-11/12 equivalent) pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: evaluating and interpreting policies and procedures to identify cost-effective strategies for improved planning and execution of property or financial management for programs, projects, or initiatives.
