You will focus on meeting project cost, schedule and performance commitments, including communications with sponsors, stakeholders, etc., in accordance with the WXM Project Management Handbook.
You will be responsible and accountable for successfully initiating, planning, implementing, executing, and monitoring and controlling of project(s), including ensuring the Integrated Master Schedule is accurate and in Ops Center.
You will work with resource owner and Core Team to accurately identify, plan, estimate cost and communicate that information to the customer.
You will recognize problems or situations that are new or without clear precedent.
You will evaluate alternatives, find solutions, and develop improvements and innovations to enhance performance.
You will work cross-functionally to solve problems and implement changes to address challenges.
You will present oral and written reports to define and/or communicate plans, status, problems, and resolutions to appropriate levels of management.
You will ensure a high level of fiscal control and accountability for project budget.
You will lead aspects of organizational change and identify opportunities for business process improvements within project scope.

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NT-04 (GS-11/12 equivalent) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: evaluating and interpreting Navy policies and procedures to plan and execute project management and financial management for programs, projects, or initiatives.
