We are looking for a Belgrade-based Renewal Account Manager (Fixed-term) to join our global Renewal Sales team. This is an amazing opportunity to learn more about renewal processes within Academia & Government. This is a 4-month contract with the possibility to extend to permanent.

About You – Experience, Education, Skills, and Accomplishments

• Proficient level of English language
• 5+ years of working experience in total
• 1+ years of working experience in writing in English
• Proficient level of Excel

• Organization skills
• Attention to detail
• Previous experience in academic context
• Previous experience working different stakeholders

What Will You Be Doing In This Role?

• Engage with customers to identify renewal opportunities, address their specific needs, and provide advanced support.
• Leverage in-depth product knowledge to highlight value-added solutions that meet customer needs and drive renewal sales.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with key customers through strategic communication and exceptional service to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Provide sales planning and contribute to the development and execution of comprehensive sales strategies.
• Create, update, and analyze detailed reports on subscription activities, contract status, and renewal performance metrics.
• Continuously enhance knowledge about product offerings and market trends to improve sales effectiveness.
• Drive the achievement of sales and renewal targets.
• Provide regular updates and insights on renewal opportunities and deliver accurate forecasts to leadership.
• Utilize and optimize all sales tools and technologies to enhance sales processes and outcomes.
• Coordinate with account team to give updates on where renewals are at and what help is needed.

About the Team

The team is responsible for account renewal within A&G space in Clarivate.

Hours of Work

This is a fixed term position (4-month), with the possibility of moving into permanent role. The working hours for this role would be two days per week from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, while the remaining three days a week would follow a more flexible schedule, ideally from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM. This is a hybrid position; you will be expected to work from our Belgrade office 3 days every other week.
