Implementation Specialist
We are looking for an Implementation Specialist to join our Professional Services in Noida. This is an amazing opportunity to work on new IPfolio projects which is based on Salesforce platform. The team consists of 6 people and is reporting to the Senior Manager. We have a great skill set in SQL Server, Oracle, Salesforce admin and technical implementation and we would love to speak with you if you have skills in SQL Server and Salesforce basic knowledge (Technical configuration) experience.
About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments:
- Demonstrates strong initiative, problem-solving skills, and a high sense of ownership when tackling complex solutions.
- Possesses 3 – 5 years of hands-on experience in Databases and Salesforce for product implementation.
- Hands-on knowledge project management best practices, data, business processes, and terminologies.
- User management: Profiles, Roles and Account creation and management.
- System Configuration: Fields and Layouts.
- Data Management: Import/Export and maintaining data integrity using validation rules.
- Security: Sharing rules and OWD (Organization-Wide Defaults).
- Automation: Designing processes to reduce manual tasks.
- Integration: Installing and configuring 3rd party integrations, troubleshooting, training and support.
- Bachelor or master degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in solution documentation and design processes to maintain complex Salesforce instances.
- To exhibit a confident, engaging communication style, incorporating both written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to implement transformation logic and business rules effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and high capability to work on different projects in parallel with high customer satisfaction.
- Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Must be a team player, with strong reasoning skills, who is able to effectively influence others, and who possesses excellent collaboration skills.
- The ability to work in an agile, fast-paced, business environment.
It would be great if you also had:
- Salesforce admin certification Recommended.
- Experience in working with Client project handling and Implementation, Salesforce Data Experience, Programming (preferred – Apex coding), Salesforce Technical Configuration.
- Experience in interacting and problem-solving skills.
What will you be doing in this role?
- Assume ownership of implementation projects from initiation to close and be accountable for ensuring the ultimate success of the project.
- Consult with the internal Project team and Client users to understand the Client business process and functional requirements.
- Coordinate with internal Project Team members to configure the system according to the business process requirements in compliance with Professional Services implementation methodologies and best practices, as well as achieving project milestones within the agreed project cost and timeline.
- Assist Clients with the testing of functional requirements, supporting issue resolution and refining the as-built solution configuration in an iterative, agile approach to meet business process requirements.
- Provide training to the Client Project team on functional solutions and support client functional training sessions.
- Assist clients during Go-Live and provide Go-Live Support.
- Participate in knowledge transfer sessions and provide functional expertise to support trouble-shooting efforts post-Go Live to the Customer Success team.
Product you will be developing:
New projects (IPfolio/FoundationIP) are lined up for implementation and expectation to participate actively in understanding project requirements, technical configurations, identify challenges, client communication, project estimates and delivery timelines. It enables projects implementation more efficiently and seamlessly and help generating revenue as one of the key points.

Role: Implementation Consultant and work with Principal Consultants.
