Salary range: $52,362.00 - $83,731.00 annually
Job Summary
Provide comprehensive fiscal and administrative support for the department, including processing purchase requisitions, invoices, and journal entries in Workday; managing P-Card transactions; and assisting with travel and expense reporting. Coordinate Board of Estimates (BOE) submissions, including drafting memos, tracking approvals, and liaising with internal staff and other departments. Support technology needs by coordinating with BCIT on equipment upgrades and purchases. Assist with grant administration, including setting up new awards, tracking expenditures, submitting invoices, and ensuring accurate costing allocations. Additionally, support onboarding of new hires, including hardware and account setup.
Essential Functions
Minimum Qualifications
Education: Have a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
AND
Experience: Have 3-4 years of prior related job experience preferred. OR
Equivalency Notes: Have an equivalent combination of education and experience. Non supervisory experience or education may not be substituted for the required supervisory experience.
Licenses, Registrations, and Certificates: Have a valid Maryland Class C Noncommercial driver's license or an equivalent driver's license and eligible to obtain a Baltimore City driver's permit. PROVISIONAL DRIVER'S LICENSE OR LEARNER PERMITS ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE. YOU MUST UPLOAD A COPY OF YOUR VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE WITH APPLICATION AT TIME OF APPLYING.

Background Check

Probation
All persons, including current City employees, selected for this position must complete a mandatory six-month probation.
