Our Account Executive team in Saudi Arabia plays a critical role in supporting the Kingdom's digital transformation agenda, aligned with Saudi Vision 2030. As an Account Executive - Public Sector, you will lead end-to-end sales cycles of moderate to high complexity, driving strategic engagements across government and public sector accounts in KSA.
You will develop deep relationships with key stakeholders, including senior government officials and decision-makers, understanding national priorities and organizational objectives. You will align Cisco's portfolio to support large-scale transformation initiatives, positioning solutions that deliver long-term value.
You will own account planning, pipeline development, and deal execution, while navigating procurement processes, regulatory frameworks, and partner ecosystems. Your ability to operate in a highly matrixed environment, build credibility, and drive strategic outcomes will be key to your success.
Proven experience managing end-to-end sales cycles within the public sector or government space.
Strong track record of engaging with senior stakeholders, including government entities and C-level executives.
Experience navigating complex procurement processes and public sector frameworks.
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic account plans.
Strong negotiation skills with experience closing medium to large deals.
Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and pipeline management.
Fluent in Arabic and English, with excellent communication skills.
Candidates must be based in Saudi Arabia
Deep understanding of the KSA public sector landscape, including ministries, government entities, and regulatory bodies.
Experience supporting national transformation initiatives aligned with Saudi Vision 2030.
Strong consultative selling approach with the ability to influence complex stakeholder environments.
Experience working with partners, system integrators, and government frameworks in KSA.
Ability to navigate a matrix organization and collaborate across pre-sales, services, and partner teams.
Strong business acumen with the ability to identify long-term growth opportunities within strategic accounts.
