Account Manager II

We are looking for a Commercial B2B Telecom Executive to lead consultative sales processes for connectivity solutions in the B2B segment. The selected person will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing—and building strong, sustainable commercial relationships with enterprise clients.

Responsibilities of the Position:

  • Design and implement commercial development plans oriented to services such as dedicated connectivity, enterprise private networks, SD-WAN solutions, cloud connectivity, and perimeter protection and collaboration services.
  • Manage the sales process comprehensively: from identifying opportunities to negotiation and closing.
  • Generate strong links with corporate clients, focused on long-term relationships.
  • Work in an articulated manner with technical and engineering teams to design proposals aligned with client requirements.
  • Meet the established monthly commercial goals.

Required Profile:

  • Minimum 8 years of B2B sales experience in telecommunications solutions, in connectivity, security, and collaboration.
  • Knowledge of the enterprise market in Mexico.
  • Professional training in areas such as Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Proven experience in managing corporate accounts and in consultative sales processes.
  • CRM management (preferably Salesforce).
