Technical Leader Role

The technical leader has additional leadership responsibilities within the project. Below are the specific requirements for this position:

1. Responsible for the detailed technical design at the solution level.

2. Responsible for the technical leadership of the solution in front of other groups, developers, and interfaces, transferring knowledge to teams about the company's defined software construction standards and procedures.

3. Safeguard the solution architecture in conjunction with the architect.

4. Estimation of the technical effort, work breakdown structure (EDT - WBS) and risks at the solution level.

5. Responsible for the delivery of the technical solution according to the schedule, within the established times.

6. Guidance and advice to the software developers assigned to the project.

7. Solid knowledge in project management methodologies, business analysis and software construction.

8. Must be very attentive to all relevant business aspects.

9. Monitor adherence to development methodologies, tools, and KPIs.

10. Seek to increase the reuse of software components, consolidation of platforms and environments.

11. Manage stakeholders and key clients, ensuring the trust of business users regarding the delivery of the software solution.
