Seeking a Customer Retention Specialist to support ongoing customer relationships and contribute to office growth. This position focuses on outreach, policy renewals, and relationship maintenance.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with existing customers regarding renewals and coverage options.
• Review accounts and assist with updates or changes as needed.
• Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and engagement.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of interactions.
• Collaborate with team members to meet retention and outreach objectives.
• Engage with existing and prospective insurance customers by phone, email, texting, and in person.
• Provide remarkable service for existing customers need, to drive retention.
• You'll answer customer inquiries, provide policy information, assist customers with policy changes, updates, process insurance claims and follow up with customers as needed.
• Use your insurance knowledge and expertise to uncover customer needs, identify coverage gaps, and recommend tailored solutions from State Farm or alliance products.
• Develop new prospective customers using various methods

Qualifications:

• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and listening skills.
• Friendly, positive, receptive to feedback and performance coaching.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on customer experience.
• Previous experience in customer service or account management preferred.
• Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses (possess or acquire asap).
• Fast learner who retains material quickly.
• Possess problem solving skills.
• Competitive, highly self-motivated and enjoys being rewarded for your efforts.
• Able to work with other team members and independently, and able to hold yourself accountable for your performance.
