As a Client Transition Manager within the Commercial & Investment Bank, you are responsible for driving and coordinating all aspects of complex treasury and banking services to ensure a best-in-class implementation experience is provided to clients in the Commercial Bank. During implementation, the team is responsible for having consultative conversations with client business and technical resources to provide best practices around gaining efficiencies in their banking services and you will facilitate work within and train client resources on the bank's online banking platform to ensure the client is ready to transact.
