Epsilon is seeking a Client Account Executive to oversee and manage the effective delivery of customer-focused Sales (Retail) programs for a well-known Automotive manufacturer. You will serve as the day-to-day client contact for various programs, managing the project from launch to deployment including communication strategy, creative development, process and timeline management, program execution and basic understanding of campaign performance. This role will also be responsible for support in accounting, bookkeeping, budget management, billing and invoicing. Program execution can span a variety of channels including direct mail, email, digital, website and point of purchase.
This role will report to the Account Supervisor and work closely with Creative, Analytics, Data, Production teams, Development and Vendors. This is a hybrid role, with an expectation of 2 days/week in the Irvine, CA office.
You will provide support for product launches, conquest in market, leading campaigns, welcome direct mail and sales incentive campaigns. Traffic projects internally ensuring proper approvals are obtained and campaigns deadlines are met all while maintaining an open line of communication with the client. Leading partnerships within the company to build collaboration.
You'll consistently collaborate with teams across Epsilon to drive successful campaigns. The opportunity to work directly with clients, lead campaigns from strategy to launch, lead kickoff calls and project management throughout the campaign milestones.

Compensation Range: $50,065 - $66,360 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
