Customer Service Specialist
We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Specialist. This role will be based in 6750 Building, Makati City, Philippines.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Provides end-to-end support for Chevron Philippines Inc.'s StarCard and StarCash programs, including account setup and maintenance, customer and merchant assistance, transaction processing, troubleshooting, and compliance screening
- Manages StarCard Online (SCOL) user registration and support, responds to web-based customer inquiries and complaints, and generates various StarCard reports
- Processes refined and lubricant orders via phone and email, ensures timely communication of order issues, collaborates with cross-functional teams to resolve customer concerns
- Executes various support processes, including generating sales and back-order reports, handling material and delivery-related inquiries, maintaining service station contact lists, and coordinating customer requests for statements, invoices, and account setup
- Participates in business and systems training activities to enhance knowledge, support new processes, and improve overall service delivery
- Drives operational efficiency and service improvement by identifying and sharing best practices, collaborating with team members to meet performance goals, and continuously enhancing customer service standards

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in business-related courses or equivalent degree
- Knowledgeable in SAP and Salesforce
- Good understanding of Order to Cash process
- Proficient in the use of MS Office applications
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Can deliver effective presentations across a multi-cultural customer base
