Desktop Technician

Insight Global is seeking a Desktop Technician to work for a client out of the Charlotte area. This role will be on site five days a week supporting the Charlotte location and a few other locations remotely. You will be joining a new team of four to help support internal employees with various issues ranging from password resets, hardware support, O365 troubleshooting, VDI issues, and some conference room setups. This will be a new team being built out of the Charlotte area to support headcount growth. This position is looking to start immediately for a six-month contract to hire.

Skills and Requirements:

• Experience with Citrix or other VDI environments
• 2+ years of experience in a desktop technician role
• Experienced with a ticketing system client uses SysAid
• Experience with password resets and O365 troubleshooting
• Experience with hardware support, password resets, and AV support
