The Client Strategy and Communication Specialist/Coordinator, as part of the Marketing Intelligence & Communications Division, works closely with three internal divisions (Fashion, Fragrance & Beauty, and Watches & Fine Jewelry) and external partners to leverage the customer database and implement digital CRM initiatives aimed at nurturing customer relationships and strengthening brand affinity. By understanding customer purchasing behavior and delivering brand information effectively, the role contributes to enhancing customer loyalty.
Candidates for the Client Strategy and Communication Specialist/Coordinator position are expected to plan and execute strategic CRM marketing communications based on CRM analysis and insights. This includes digital initiatives such as Email and LINE, as well as non-digital initiatives like direct mail (DM). Additionally, the role supports the Client Strategy and Communication Manager in building strategies, proposing the adoption of optimal tools and platforms, and contributing to the development of long-term communication strategies.
