What You'll Do

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and expand our customer network across Europe, with a focus on the Netherlands.
  • Drive both new business acquisition and expansion of existing customer accounts.
  • Identify leads, initiate outreach, and rapidly develop client relationships.
  • Sell value-added services across SaaS and transportation solutions.
  • Understand and communicate the value CtrlChain brings to the digitalization of logistics.
  • Share our commitment to sustainability and innovation.

Essential Duties

  • Collaborate with a diverse internal team to provide comprehensive customer support.
  • Grow and nurture long-term customer relationships.
  • Use your online and offline networks for business acquisition and strategic business development.
  • Drive customer success by offering impactful logistics and TMS solutions.
  • Maintain a well-organized CRM pipeline and manage your agenda proactively.
  • Master the complete customer lifecycle—from lead generation to first shipment and beyond.
  • Coach clients on how CtrlChain's platform enhances their logistics processes.
  • Conduct business reviews with larger accounts.
  • Be a trusted advisor and problem-solver for clients using both software and transport services.
  • Work closely with Marketing to increase market reach and support campaigns.
