CFL multimodal, which includes transversal services for the operational companies of the Freight activities of CFL, is recruiting within its Commercial Direction a:
Your role:
- Ensure regular contact with the client
- Analyze and evaluate documents related to tenders and price requests
- Conceptualize client needs, calculate and prepare tariff offers
- Support sales managers in obtaining new contracts
- Ensure the correct understanding of the services sold and client expectations among the departments involved in contract execution (operations, billing, quality)
- Coordinate the implementation of new traffic with the different departments involved
- Produce specific statistics and reports for the follow-up of contracts and services related to the contracts
- Monitor operational performance related to the services ordered by client (including the management of deviations and the search for alternative solutions)
- Ensure the correct execution of the service sold to the client
- Follow a weekly statistical report of the number of orders and turnover per client
Your profile:
- Commercial or transport/logistics training (minimum Bac+3)
- You place customer satisfaction at the heart of your activity
- Minimum experience of 3 years in a similar position, knowledge of the railway world is an asset
- Perfect mastery of French, German and English
- Good analytical capacity of figures
- Ability to process a large volume of data, to prioritize and extract essential elements. Creative
- Excellent interpersonal skills and telephone ease
