Door de relatie met de klant te onderhouden, waarbij je onze Customer Service-afdeling aanstuurt! Hoe ga je dat doen? Door oog te hebben voor de vragen en behoeften vanuit de klant. The dynamics are great – you will never get bored! Coaching skills you have to organize and guide your team. And opportunities for improvements will not go unnoticed by you!

WAT GA JE DOEN ALS CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPERVISOR?

You are the leader for the team and you are the point of contact for our customer! You will signal and solve deviations in the achieved productivity and quality. Furthermore, you will monitor the performance, where you will guide your team and help them with their development. Furthermore, you will prepare various reports and participate in projects aimed at improvement.

WAAROM PAST DEZE ROL BIJ JOU?

You are crazy about the logistics world! Possibly you have completed a secondary or higher education in logistics;

Experience in Customer Service in a B2B environment;

You can make yourself well understood in English in conversation and by mail;

You possess coaching skills to help your team with their development;

WAAR KOM JE TE WERKEN?

You will work at our location in Venray. There you will be the leader of the Customer Service department. You will not be alone! Your team consists of 5-10 people. You will be found both in the office and in the warehouse, so keep your work shoes close! Furthermore, you will receive coaching on the job from the Operations Support Manager, to whom you will report.

WAT BIEDEN WIJ JOU?

A gross salary between €3,149 and €4,312 depending on your work experience and education level;

A one-year contract with a prospect of a permanent position;

Growth opportunities towards, among others, Operations Support Manager or Contract Supervisor (and more);
