Job Title

This role is in support of Cencora's global logistics and storage services marketed through our World Courier business.

Under broad supervision of the Customer Service Manager, you will become an integral part of our team, acting as first point of contact for our customers on an international level. Our Customer Service teams works closely with other offices around the world as well as vendors and governmental agencies to find optimal solutions for our customers complex logistical needs. We offer an exciting and dynamic work place that rewards self initiatives and thinking outside the box. Responsibilities

  • Engage in effective personal communication with customers, colleagues and suppliers
  • Maintain effective relationships with clients and proactively support their complex needs
  • Ensure all shipments and customs requirements are handled according to company and international regulations
  • Calculate, prepare and present quotes for external and internal customers in line with established guidelines and policies
  • React flexibly to deviations in shipments and provide customers with suitable and efficient solutions
  • Generate sales leads and collaborate with sales on identification and development of potential and existing accounts

Requirements

  • Requires broad training in fields such as business administration, logistics or operations
  • Fluent in English and German
  • Effective oral and written communication
  • Ability to represent a positive and professional image
  • Able to prioritize work load and consistently meet deadlines; possess exceptional time management skills and attention to detail
  • Strong problem solving, analytical and investigative skills to bring issues to resolution
  • Flexibility in working shifts
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook
