What You'll Do
Responsible for answering Help Desk calls and supporting computers, software, printers, and other IT technologies both onsite and at remote locations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Answer support calls
- Install and configure computers
- Support IT equipment in a manufacturing location
- Support printers
- Assist IT Security Manager with monitoring and maintenance tasks
- Asset disposal tracking
- Support mobile devices
- Travel to remote sites as needed

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience with Microsoft Windows
- Minimum 2 years of experience with Microsoft Office
- Experience with desktop computer hardware
- Experience configuring printers
- Basic understanding of data networking (TCP/IP, DHCP, etc.)
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Must have reliable transportation
Education and/or Experience
- Enrollment in a 2 or 4 year technical degree program.
Pay: $18.00 per hour
