Digital & Tech Sr Technical Delivery Manager
As a CBRE D&T Sr Technical Delivery Manager, you will assist with providing strategic vision and supervision to the department responsible for developing and implementing digital technologies to drive business growth.
What You'll Do:
- Develop and implement digital strategies to drive business growth and improve customer experience
- Design and implement data visualization tools to communicate insights and recommendations to non-technical partners
- Develop and maintain data governance policies and procedures to ensure data quality and integrity
- Identify and prioritize business opportunities and develop data-driven strategies to address them
- Develop and manage relationships with key partners, including business leaders, data scientists, and IT teams
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in data engineering and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement
- Develop and maintain a culture of data-driven decision making within the organization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions
- Develop and maintain data quality and integrity standards and procedures
- Identify and mitigate data-related risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Develop and maintain a data analytics roadmap to drive business growth and improvement
- Develop and maintain a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the data analytics and Engineering team
- Collaborate with partners to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions to address them
- Collaborate with IT teams to develop and implement data infrastructure and tools
- Supervise the continuous review of digital systems and processes to ensure alignment with business objectives
- Execute departmental internal controls, financial policies, procedures, and projects to ensure timely and within-budget delivery
- Manage relationships with technology vendors and negotiate contracts to ensure the best value for the business
- Maintain annual department budgets and manage the financial performance of digital platforms
- Identify and solve sophisticated, multi-dimensional problems leveraging the appropriate resources within or outside the department
- Establish and maintain service level expectations for support of standard digital platforms
- Coordinate system strategies with field management, accounting, other client support groups, and senior business leaders
- Review current and proposed systems and procedures and implement changes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values, persuading managers and other colleagues to take action while being guided by the organization's functional business plans
What You'll Need:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-12 years of relevant experience in digital management, technology, or a related field
- In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered
- Experience in the areas of digital strategy, project management, team leadership, and change management
- Ability to apply robust knowledge of multiple disciplines, the business, and key drivers which impact departmental and cross-functional performance
- Ability to lead the exchange of critical, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations, and handle problems
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products and digital technologies, such as cloud computing, data analytics, and cybersecurity
- Expert organizational skills and a sophisticated inquisitive mindset
