Customer Service Associate - San Francisco

About the Role:

As a CBRE Customer Service Associate, you will guide the team responsible for assigning tasks related to resolving complex day-to-day and escalated issues. This is an ON SITE role in San Francisco. This job is part of the Call Center job function. They are responsible for providing end-to-end support to resolve customer inquiries or concerns.

What You'll Do:

Answer incoming service requests, via phone, chat, email & online requests. Point of contact for all escalated customer inquiries and concerns. Dispatch service request work orders for completion by vendors. Verify company systems, customer service databases, and spreadsheets are accurate and being updated frequently. Contact the customer for information and communicate the steps in the work order process. Run, review, and distribute various customer service reports, as necessary. Assist with the training of new hires and temporary employees. Provide technical guidance and training to junior associates. Gather and analyze data to identify and solve complex problems that arise with little or no precedent. May recommend new techniques. Impact own team and other teams whose work activities are closely related. Suggest improvements to existing processes and solutions to improve the efficiency of the team.

What You'll Need:

High School Diploma or GED with 3-4 years of job-related experience. A comprehensive understanding of a range of processes, procedures, systems, and concepts within own job function is required. Ability to evaluate and communicate unusual and/or complex content in a concise and logical way. In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. Organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset. Advanced math skills. Ability to calculate advanced figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum rate for the Customer Svc Associate position is $23.80 per hour and the maximum rate for the Customer Svc Associate position is $32.00 per hour. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
