For our "BOP Controls Engineering" department, we are looking for a:

Senior SW-Project Coordinator (M/W/D)

Location: Mannheim

Your Tasks with Us:

• Creation of release notes for software updates
• Management of localization and user manuals
• Release and upload of software versions as well as maintenance of version overviews
• Receipt and processing of feedback from the field
• Development and tracking of project schedules and specifications
• Coordination with product owner and planning and conducting of release meetings

With These Qualifications, You Can Convince Us:

• Successfully completed studies in IT or engineering or comparable qualifications
• Several years of professional experience in the areas of release, project, and incident management of software
• Knowledge of Caterpillar tools for software project management and development (e.g., CRM, Jira, Confluence, BitBucket, XRay, etc.)
• Proactiveness, open-mindedness, and intercultural competence
• Proactive working style, strong communication skills, and resilience
• Fluent English in speech and writing (at least level C1)
