Executive It Support Specialist
The Executive IT Support Specialist (EITSS) role ensures the smooth operation of IT support services for the Office of the CEO team and the Board of Directors. This individual will identify, recommend, implement, and support technology solutions including software, apps, and AI solutions that will enhance and streamline productivity and improve user experience.
The EITSS provides technical advice, guidance, and education; troubleshoots and restores technical services and equipment by analyzing and diagnosing symptoms to identify and implement root-cause problem resolution; is responsible for the setup, testing, installation, and management of laptop computers, handheld devices, printers, software, and peripherals used by the Office of the CEO and the Board of Directors. This individual must be willing to provide additional support with meeting preparation and coordination, such as ordering food and concierge services for visitors.
Core Responsibilities & Essential Job Functions:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for the Office of the CEO Team for all IT support issues, requests, and questions.
- Configure, test, and install end-user technologies (e.g., laptop computers, desk phones, mobile devices (phones/tablets), desktop software, and printers) for the Office of the CEO team.
- Keep up with emerging technology trends and develop simple and engaging artifacts to education team and board members on these trends.
- Seek ways through the use of technology to drive efficiency and streamline workflows.
- Provide technology support for board and team meetings.
- Interact with outside service providers, outsourcers, and auditors.

This role will be best suited for someone with multi-year experience supporting and communicating with executive members of a corporate organization. We are seeking someone with extensive knowledge of end-user computing technologies, including laptop and Mac computers, Microsoft Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Windows Server / EntraID, iOS handhelds, Zoom, Microsoft Teams (including Teams phone), Poly (formerly Polycom) Video Conferencing systems, and Copilot and other AI technology.

Physical Requirements:

Conditions of Employment:
- Ability to obtain and maintain criminal record clearance through the Department of Justice (DOJ). The People & Performance Department must analyze DOJ/FBI live scan reports in accordance with applicable Federal, State, and Local laws, as well as fitness for the position.
- Ability to obtain and maintain clearance through the Office of Inspector General.
- Must attend any required training, e.g., HIPAA compliance, workplace safety, cyber security, and inclusive leadership for managers.
Time Type: Full time
Compensation:
$40.00 - $47.00 per hour
