Account Executive

We're looking for an Account Executive, HR to join our Sales team. In this role (remote-first), you will be responsible for proactively hunting new business while also working from a populated funnel of qualified demos and named accounts. Through an integrity based, consultative approach, the Account Executive will uncover prospect's business challenges and align relevant Case IQ solutions to help them achieve better business processes. The position will require some travel throughout the year for client visits and tradeshows.

What You'll Do

  • Lead product demonstrations tailored to Human Resources and Employee Relations (HR/ER) departments, illustrating how Case IQ's solutions address specific challenges including employee helplines, management of workplace investigations, and the evolution of a customer's HR/ER processes through data driven decision-making.
  • Continuously deepen knowledge of Case IQ products and the HR/ER landscape, including trends, regulations, and best practices to position solutions effectively.
  • Conduct outbound prospecting activities to identify and engage potential clients, expanding the sales pipeline and driving new business opportunities within the compliance sector.
  • Achieve and exceed sales quotas by understanding and responding to the unique needs of prospects, translating complex process requirements into practical software solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support customer HR/ER objectives, fostering strong, supportive relationships across departments to ensure seamless implementation and ongoing support.

Who We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree and minimum of 5 years of B2B software sales experience, ideally with a focus on HR/ER, Investigations, or Risk sectors.
  • Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets, with demonstrated expertise in compliance-focused solution selling and managing high-volume sales pipelines.
  • Strong ability to present complex HR/ER software solutions to varied audiences, including technical and non-technical executives, highlighting features that address accommodations, performance management, requests, workplace investigations, and reporting needs.
  • Highly effective presentation and closing skills with a nuanced understanding of HR/ER, particularly regarding regulatory frameworks, risk management, and investigative case management.
