CARSOME is on the hunt for a talented and experienced Telesales, Customer Service (B2C). We need a self-motivated person with strong communication and negotiation skills. Your duties include identifying potential customers and setting Free Test Drive appointments/Video Car Tour.

Your day-to-day will involve:

• Performing outbound calls based on leads assigned by team leads via CARSOME's CRM system & also handling leads via CARSOME WhatsApp platform
• Attending customer inquiries by providing accurate information regarding CARSOME's used car business, product & service offerings
• Supporting customers in account registration, test drive appointments, and also car booking
• Proactively persuading customers to reschedule appointments that have been cancelled
• Proactively informing customers of ongoing deals and promotion
• Delivering a high level of customer satisfaction
• Upholding high standards of prudence and discretion in processing and maintaining customer interaction records and account details using Carsome Telesales tools provided

Your know how:

• Education- SPM/Diploma/Degree
• Proven customer support/service/telesales
• Able to work under a fast pace environment, have a positive mindset, sales oriented person
• Candidate with high integrity in values. Prior professional experience in the automotive industry preferred but not compulsory.
• Candidate must be willing to work alternate 6 days. Candidate must be willing to work on public holidays and weekends.
• Office location - The Ascent Kelana Jaya
• Strong English & Bahasa Malaysia verbal and written communication skills, Mandarin will be plus
