Cargas is hiring a CRM Implementation Specialist to lead customers through successful HubSpot implementations that align with their sales, marketing, and operational goals. In this role, you'll be a trusted advisor, guiding customers through every step of the implementation journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end HubSpot implementations for a variety of customers.
• Analyze workflows and processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Configure and customize HubSpot features to align with customer goals.
• Deliver training and ongoing support to ensure long-term success.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and customer stakeholders to drive project outcomes.
• Stay up to date with HubSpot certifications, product updates, and best practices.

Your Background

• 3+ years of experience implementing or using CRM systems.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Experience We Value

• Hands-on experience with platforms such as HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, or Salesforce.
• Familiarity with marketing automation platforms such as Marketo or Pardot.
• Experience analyzing sales, marketing, or operational data.
