Capita Pensions Solutions are looking for Customer Service Representatives to join our established team on a permanent basis. Our Pensions team deal with incoming calls from a wide range of members and their beneficiaries regarding their pension. You will be part of a specialist and knowledgeable team supporting with various pension enquiries. You will get involved in a wide variety of calls, it's never a boring day here! This is a remote role working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with shift patterns between the core hours of 8.30am to 6pm, there's no evenings or weekends, for a salary of £24,043.50. Start date will be 23rd February 2026. If you're the type of person who loves to support others, have worked with AWS, plus you have call centre experience - then this could be the ideal role for you!
