We are seeking a customer-obsessed Junior Account Manager to join our growing sales team. This role focuses on managing a portfolio of Tier 3 and Tier 4 customers—emerging cannabis brands, regional operators, and mid-sized businesses with packaging needs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for retaining existing business, ensuring an exceptional customer experience, and uncovering growth opportunities such as upsells and product line expansions.
This is a perfect role for someone looking to grow into a strategic sales role by mastering relationship management, cross-functional collaboration, and revenue growth tactics.
