In Workday enterprise performance management at PwC, you will focus on implementing and managing the Workday enterprise performance management (EPM) software suite, which includes financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting capabilities. You will work closely with finance and accounting teams to streamline financial processes, improve data accuracy, and provide insights for strategic decision-making.

The Opportunity

As part of the Workday Adaptive Planning team, you lead the implementation of Adaptive Planning solutions, focusing on enhancing financial planning and reporting capabilities. As a Senior Manager, you guide large projects, innovate processes, and drive operational excellence while interacting with clients at a senior level to achieve project success. Your role involves leveraging your proficiency in Adaptive Planning to provide strategic advice, develop top-performing teams, and solve complex problems, contributing to the overall success of the firm.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the deployment of Adaptive Planning solutions to enhance financial planning
  • Guide large-scale projects and innovate processes for improved productivity
  • Lead full cycle Adaptive Planning implementations

What You Must Have

Bachelor's Degree

8 years of experience of Workday product experience

Certification(s) Required: Workday Adaptive Planning, Deployment

What Sets You Apart

Master's Degree in Business Administration/Management, Finance, Human Resources Management, Computer and Information Science preferred

Certification(s) Preferred: Workday Services functional and/or Engagement Manager, or Workday Financials

Implementing budgets, forecasts, and reports within Adaptive Planning

Analyzing financial models and translating them into Adaptive Planning

Providing technical guidance for the Adaptive suite of products

Designing and building complex financial planning models

Demonstrating problem-solving skills

Leveraging in-depth experience in designing, building, and configuring integrated planning solutions

Providing exceptional customer service

Managing multiple projects while being detail-oriented

Completing at least 12-15 end to end Workday Adaptive Planning deployments
