Position Overview

The Client Services Manager will serve as a primary point of contact for designated client relationships, ensuring timely and precise execution of service requests. This role requires a proactive problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, resourceful, and committed to continuous learning, with a natural ability to lead and support both clients and team members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the main liaison for client service requests across assigned relationships.
  • Execute client requests with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership on firm-wide initiatives and customized client strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding individual preferences and exceeding expectations.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to Client Service Associates and Analysts.
  • Support clients and their advisors in implementing complex wealth transfer, philanthropic, and tax-advantaged strategies.
  • Maintain relationships with clients' extended professional teams (e.g., executive assistants, personal CFOs).
  • Serve as a technical resource and mentor for new team members.
  • Coordinate with internal investment teams on portfolio creation and cash deployment.
  • Contribute to internal projects and cross-functional initiatives as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with 6–8 years of experience in client-facing roles, preferably within family offices, wealth management, or related industries.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; detail-oriented with a high sense of ownership.
  • Proven leadership experience in high-growth environments.
  • Familiarity with estate planning and tax strategies.
  • Responsiveness to client communications, ideally within the same business day.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM platforms such as MS Dynamics or Salesforce.
  • Experience with Schwab Advisor Center is a plus.
