Coordinator

The Coordinator supports masonry construction projects across Los Angeles County by managing pre-construction coordination and operational follow-through from sale to production. This hybrid role combines remote administrative work with in-field responsibilities, including permit coordination, engineering and consultant liaison, jobsite visits, municipal errands, and client interactions. The position ensures that due diligence items, documentation, billing support, and payment tracking are completed accurately and on time, enabling projects to transition smoothly into construction. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, comfortable working with city agencies and clients, and able to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced construction environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage pre-construction coordination and operational follow-through from sale to production.
  • Coordinate permits and liaise with engineers and consultants.
  • Conduct jobsite visits and handle municipal errands.
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of due diligence items, documentation, billing support, and payment tracking.
  • Interact with clients, city officials, and vendors.

Essential Skills:

  • 3+ years experience in construction coordination, operations, project administration, or similar role preferred.
  • Strong understanding of construction project flow from pre-construction through completion.
  • Experience with permits, engineering coordination, and municipal processes is a plus.
  • Comfortable interacting with clients, city officials, and vendors.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized with strong follow-through.
  • Proficient with Google Workspace, project management software, and accounting systems.
  • Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation required.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience with Contractor Foreman or similar project management software is a plus.

Work Environment:

  • This position involves a blend of remote administrative work and field visits. Travel is required throughout Los Angeles County.
  • The role offers flexible scheduling with occasional in-person meetings and jobsite presence.
  • Mileage reimbursement is provided per federal schedule, with opportunities for upward growth and training.

This is a Permanent position based out of Los Angeles, CA.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $90000.00/yr. Health and Dental Benefits Mileage reimbursement.
