Help Desk Technician

Job Posting

Responding to queries on the phone, via email, in person, or through remote access. Offering technical assistance on the delivery, configuration, set up, maintenance, and troubleshooting of computer systems, hardware, and software. Training end users. Training other staff on troubleshooting and diagnosing problems. Writing and editing training manuals. Running reports and analyzing common complaints and problems. Travel required to different sites. Mileage reimbursed.

Job Requirements: Must have experience with 365. Preferred experience: more than 2 years.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $27.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
