Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone and email, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.

• Assist in collection processes, with training provided as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and streamline processes.
• Handle incoming calls in a call center environment, providing solutions efficiently.
• Communicate effectively with customers, including bilingual support when applicable.
• Stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures to provide accurate information.
• Support administrative tasks related to customer service operations.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment.
• Proficiency in handling email correspondence and customer inquiries.
• Willingness to learn and assist with collection processes.
• Bilingual proficiency in Chinese is preferred but not required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Must be available for onsite interviews and able to work in City of Industry, California.
