Call Center Representative

Location: On-site (Chino) Schedule: Monday–Friday, between 6:00 AM – 5:00 PM (varied shifts available) Employment Type: Full-Time Experience Level: Intermediate

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Call Center Representative to join our team supporting automotive recall and warranty services. In this role, you will:

  • Manage a high volume of inbound calls (30–40 per shift) with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Schedule appointments for airbag recalls and provide dealership information.
  • Assist customers with recall details, warranty questions, and troubleshooting issues such as malfunctioning radio codes.
  • Accurately document customer concerns and create cases for resolution.
  • Provide clear and accurate information, close cases, or dispatch to appropriate departments.
  • Collaborate with team members to share feedback and support continuous improvement.
  • Handle inbound settlement calls with a focus on customer satisfaction and timely issue resolution.
  • Use multiple screens, software platforms, and processes to assist customers effectively.

Skills & Qualifications Required:

  • Minimum typing speed of 30 WPM.
  • Strong computer navigation and multitasking skills.
  • Previous customer service or call center experience.
  • Ability to work independently and make sound decisions with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent verbal communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred: College degree or equivalent work experience. Automotive or dealership experience is a huge plus. Experience with outbound calling is beneficial.

Job Type & Location: This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Chino, CA.

Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.50/hr.
