Adecco is hiring a Customer Service Guide for a one-month contract to support one of our top customers. In this role, you'll be the primary point of contact for a group of customers, guiding them from vehicle selection through ownership. You'll build rapport, provide tailored support, and collaborate with various teams to ensure a seamless experience. You will also track customer progress, interpret analytics, and leverage CRM tools to improve the ownership journey.
