Clearance Required: Active Department of Defense Secret Clearance

Compensation: $85,000 – $105,000 (based on experience)

Position Overview

C2 Essentials is seeking an experienced Aircraft Support Analyst with a strong background in Naval Aviation, specifically in support of fixed- and rotary-wing aircraft that contribute to Undersea Warfighting capabilities (e.g., MH-60R, P-8). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with mechanical and electrical systems and a proven track record in supporting Navy exercises and operations.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• Observe and collect flight data and logs from aircraft participating in naval exercises

• Reconstruct aircraft engagements using collected data for post-mission analysis

• Assess the performance of airborne detection systems based on exercise data

• Coordinate the assembly, installation, interfacing, removal, and system restoration of tracking equipment used during exercises

• Interpret schematics and resolve technical issues related to the setup and operation of tracking systems

• Ensure the proper restoration and functionality of shipboard equipment following the removal of tracking equipment

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Active DoD Secret Clearance is required

• Minimum 10 years of U.S. Navy experience involving Undersea Warfare (USW) aircraft operations and warfare tasks

• At least 3 years of experience planning exercise activities involving fixed- and rotary-wing aircraft

• Proficient in briefing and debriefing aircrews regarding exercise plans and mission outcomes

• Skilled in data collection, mission data extraction, and post-mission analysis for Navy aircraft

• Strong communication skills with the ability to create technically accurate briefings, reports, and correspondence
