Location

This is a hybrid role based in Fort Worth, TX, with 3 days per week onsite. We value proactive communication and shared outcomes, whether you're at HQ or working remotely.

What We're Looking For

We're searching for a technical problem-solver who thrives on improving IT systems through automation, scripting, and user-centered support. You'll split your time between day-to-day support operations and automation projects that reduce manual effort across device management, account provisioning, and identity workflows.

You'll excel in this role if you:

  • Have 3–5 years of experience in IT support, system administration, or helpdesk environments
  • Are confident in scripting languages like PowerShell, Python, or Bash
  • Know how to manage and deploy endpoints with tools like Intune/Autopilot, Kandji, or PDQ Deploy
  • Have worked with identity systems like Azure AD, Microsoft 365, and Duo
  • Are familiar with automation platforms (Power Automate, n8n, ServiceNow, Jira Service Management)
  • Bring a continuous improvement mindset and take pride in delivering reliable, well-documented IT solutions

What Makes You Stand Out

  • You've implemented zero-touch provisioning for Windows and macOS environments
  • You've automated onboarding and offboarding workflows using APIs or scripting
  • You're fluent in version control practices (Git, GitHub, GitLab)
  • You've supported vulnerability remediation and know how to balance compliance with user experience
  • You enjoy troubleshooting, but you're passionate about eliminating repeat issues through automation
  • You bring exceptional organization, follow-through, and technical documentation skills

Compensation

Compensation for this role is competitive and tailored based on skills, experience, and location. The total compensation package includes:

  • Base salary, aligned to market and experience level
  • Eligibility for annual bonus or incentive plans, depending on the position offered

We are committed to transparent, equitable pay practices and compliance with all relevant state and local regulations. Final compensation will reflect each candidate's qualifications and impact potential.

What to Expect from the Hiring Process

We believe in a respectful and transparent hiring experience. For this role, our typical process includes:

  1. Introductory Call – A 20–30 minute conversation with our People team to get to know you and share what Audiense is all about
  2. Hiring Team Interview – A 45–60 minute conversation to explore the role in depth and introduce you to some of your potential future teammates and manager
  3. Leadership Interview - A 30-minute conversation with our CTO to discuss any remaining questions with one more touch point. (This may or may not be part of the process for this technology role.)
