NW Houston (near Beltway 8 & Hwy 290) $40K–$50K | Direct Hire | 100% In-Office We're partnering with a well-established company with over 100 years of success—known for stability, strong leadership, and excellent benefits—and they're looking to add a Project Coordinator to their Installation team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-driven, project environment and enjoys being the point person that keeps everything organized and running smoothly.

What you'll do:

• Receive and process incoming jobs from Sales
• Review and input contracts, commission terms, and job details
• Coordinate required documentation including Certificates of Insurance and AutoCAD files
• Assist with budgeting approvals and project setup
• Collect and organize supporting documentation (prevailing wage, OCIP enrollment, equipment discounts, etc.)
• Maintain strong communication with customers and internal teams
• Arrange and manage travel, including expense tracking
• Maintain project manager lists, departmental reports, and internal procedures

Must-Have Experience:

• Recent experience in a project coordinator, project assistant, or operations support role
• Experience supporting construction, installation, engineering, or technical projects
• Comfortable handling contracts, project documentation, and job setup processes
• Strong organizational skills in a multi-project, deadline-driven environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
