  • Team discount at Bunnings and other Wesfarmers brands
  • Free standard OnePass membership

  • 12 weeks paid parental leave, regardless of gender
  • Fun stuff like annual festive gifts, discounted food and drinks at our Bunnings Cafe, and travelling store team member opportunities
  • We're genuinely invested in your career

About the role: Our team members are the face of Bunnings, always prepared to give it a red hot go. They provide a friendly and helpful service to everyone who walks through our doors, making sure every experience counts. In this role, you'll support our customers both in store and through customer deliveries – you will efficiently transport customer orders directly to their homes, using our easy-to-drive, Bunnings Local delivery vehicles.

This is a full-time role and the flexibility to work morning, day and evening shifts on weekdays and weekends is required so that we can provide the best experience to our customers. We provide an adult pay rate for 18 years of age and above at $28.64 per hour for this role.

What's involved:

  • Provide friendly, helpful, and professional service to customers; both in-store and during deliveries.
  • Pick and pack orders for instore, online and trade customers in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate effectively with the Order Management team to provide exceptional customer service and timely deliveries.
  • Safely load products onto vehicles, deliver directly to customers, and unload orders upon arrival.
  • Work as part of a supportive and inclusive team who make a difference to the community and have fun along the way.

Who we're looking for: We're looking for team members who are passionate about helping others and are keen to learn and grow. In this role, you'll become part of our expanding Order Management team, supporting Online, Click and Collect, and Click and Deliver customer orders, while also assisting customers in-store with their fulfilment needs. The path within Bunnings is yours to build - you could become the next future leader, product expert or trade specialist in-store, and we are committed to giving you the skills and showing you the ropes throughout your journey. Whether you have a green thumb, are into D.I.Y., looking for your first retail role or even a change in career, we would love to hear from you!

You'll need:

  • To act with integrity, be safe and do your best
  • Current valid full Drivers Licence to fulfil customer deliveries
  • Strong understanding of MS Office and Computer based Order Management systems
  • Highly organised and an ability to work autonomously
  • The availability to work flexible hours (including late nights, early mornings and weekends)

When you're ready to give this opportunity a red hot go, all you'll need to do is:

  • Submit an application and complete an online chat interview
  • If successful, next step includes an online video interview
  • If you're a match, we'll invite you to an onsite meet and greet with our leaders

You'll be part of a workplace where you'll feel like you belong. We love the diversity across our teams, brought together in an inclusive culture guided by our values. We welcome applications from individuals of all ages, cultural backgrounds, abilities, sexual orientations, and gender identities. We strongly encourage Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples to apply and join us in shaping a workplace that celebrates First Nations voices, perspectives, and contributions. We're all about fairness at Bunnings, and our team's here to support you every step of the way. If you need any adjustments, just let us know - we're here to help. If you've got the experience, skills, and drive to grow - but don't quite nail every part of the job description - we still want to hear from you. For support, contact us at jobs@bunnings.com.au.
