About the Role
As the Commercial Implementation Lead for Bunnings, you will work closely with our Store Operations and Commercial teams to develop, maintain, and implement strategies focused on enhancing commercial sales while retaining our loyal Trade/PowerPass customers.
In this role, you will have the ability to influence key stakeholders, translate and execute our commercial strategy nationally, and shape the future of our Trade Specialists and Commercial Coordinators. Your focus will be on coaching and development, reducing in-store tasks, and analysing data to drive performance.
This role supports the National Commercial Manager – Stores in implementing strategies to enhance sales and retention, align in-store commercial initiatives, and boost customer satisfaction. The role can be based at any of our Support Offices across Australia.
