The Personal Lines Account Manager is responsible for delivering exceptional service to clients by managing personal insurance accounts and supporting the Sales team. This role includes making coverage recommendations, preparing and leading renewal meetings, and performing all clerical tasks related to customer support. The Account Manager will collaborate with teammates across all levels, ensure compliance with regulatory and corporate policies, and maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
