Client Service Specialist

We're seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Client Service Specialist to join our team. In this role, you'll oversee the delivery of contracted services to our clients, ensuring that service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) are consistently met or exceeded. You'll act as a trusted advisor to our clients, maintaining strong relationships while assisting with software and designation-related questions. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and ensure the successful delivery of contracted services, meeting or exceeding SLAs and KPIs.
  • Build and maintain strong, day-to-day relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure clear understanding of client needs and seamless service execution.
  • Assist clients with general and in-depth questions regarding our software solutions and designations via phone, email or chat.
  • Handle routine assignments and problem-solving using established procedures and best practices.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 1+ years of professional experience in client services, account management, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to exchange straightforward information, ask questions, and confirm understanding.
  • A proactive mindset paired with a commitment to delivering superior client experiences.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with financial services or fintech environments.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office tools
