The Client Implementation Specialist will be both a subject matter expert on the LTX Trading application as well as the first resource between our clients and a variety of internal teams (ie: Product Management, Relationship Management, Sales, Infrastructure, Development, Executive Leadership etc.). This is a client-facing role in which your main responsibilities are to interact with new and existing clients to explain and manage the implementation, onboarding, and integration of LTX Trading within a client's technology stack. This will include workflow reviews in a UAT environment, translating business requirements into technical documentation, and working with teams internally and externally to ensure complete, accurate, and timely onboardings. You will also be heavily involved in the integration efforts with new and existing partners of LTX (aggregators, OMS's, etc…) on behalf of mutual clients. Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills are a must have. This role requires having FINRA Licenses (Series 7, SIE) so candidates without these licenses will be required to obtain these licenses within the first 6 months of starting in the role.
We are made up of high performing teams that meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed. This role is considered hybrid, which means you'll be assigned to a Broadridge office 3 days a week and given the flexibility to work remote 2 days a week.
