The Account Executive team is key to continuing Brevo's growth and is responsible for selling the core Brevo product offering. The Account Executive will receive inbound opportunities, qualify these leads, and either close them using a high-velocity sales process or pass Enterprise opportunities to the Enterprise Account Executive. Additionally, they will have the opportunity to upsell and cross-sell existing customers.
We are looking for an exceptional individual contributor to target and acquire new customers with a specific focus on the US and Canadian markets. You'll report directly to the Head of North America Sales, and you'll be a major contributor to Brevo's success in the mid-market segment.
You'll grow Brevo's revenues by outperforming on signing large new accounts
You'll maintain a monthly sales target
You'll add great value to our clients by solving their pains and delivering them the best solution possible
You'll qualify inbound opportunities, develop your pipe of mid-market-qualified opportunities
You'll maintain customer relationships while sourcing upsell opportunities
You will contribute to the success of the entire sales team by understanding the clients and the market, as well as contribute to improving our tools and processes
3+ years of success in sales/closing deals, ideally in SaaS B2B (MarTech is preferred)
You understand sales processes and adapt to both complex and fast-paced sales cycles
Proficiency in using CRM/Tech stack to help accelerate your pipeline management efforts
You take the time to understand customer needs, communicate clearly, and provide tailored solutions that meet their specific requirements
You welcome feedback, adapt quickly, and contribute to the development of new systems and processes
You're genuinely interested in people and motivated to help them achieve their goals
You're fluent in written and spoken English, and other languages are a plus

$140,000 - $170,000 a year
This range includes both base salary and commission (OTE).
