Job Title: National Account Manager
Summary of Position: The National Account Manager will work closely with the Director of Retail Commercial Sales and other key stakeholders to maintain and grow BraunAbility's market position within the NEMT, Rideshare, and Taxi segments.
Principal Accountabilities:
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve market growth and sales targets.
- Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform sales strategies.
- Customer Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with key customers, dealers, and industry stakeholders.
- Product Knowledge: Ensure comprehensive knowledge of BraunAbility's product offerings and their competitive advantages.
- Regulatory Compliance: Stay informed about local, state, and federal regulations affecting the NEMT, Rideshare, and Taxi industries and ensure compliance.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and regulatory updates.
- Product Development Assistance: Collaborate with the engineering and portfolio departments to provide insights and feedback on product development, ensuring that new products meet market needs and customer expectations.
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 6 years of related work experience required.
- An equivalent combination of education and/or related work experience equal to 10 years will also be considered.
- 5 years of proven experience in sales management, within the NEMT, Rideshare, Private Commercial and Taxi industries.

- Dealer Development: Prospect & onboarding key dealers to promote retail commercial WAV products.
Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills.
Market Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the NEMT, Rideshare, and Taxi industries, including key stakeholders and market trends.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Regulatory Knowledge: Understanding of relevant policies and regulations, key to targeted markets.
Product Development: Experience in collaborating with engineering and portfolio departments to assist in product development.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Sales Growth: Achieve a minimum of 6% year-over-year sales growth within the Western and Eastern sales markets.
- Dealer Satisfaction: Maintain a dealer satisfaction score of 90% or higher based on yearly surveys.
- Product Training: Conduct at least 4 product training sessions per quarter for dealers and clients.
- Market Intelligence: Provide monthly reports on competitor activities, market trends, sales performance, and regulatory updates.
- Customer Retention: Achieve a customer retention rate of 85% or higher.
- Quarterly Follow-Ups: Conduct quarterly follow-ups with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Employee Development: Complete at least 2 professional development courses per year.
- Customer Feedback: Achieve an average customer feedback score of 4.5 out of 5.
- Operational Efficiency: Implement at least 3 process improvements per year to enhance operational efficiency.
Communication Requirements:
- Dealer Communication: Drive sales and develop strategies to achieve market growth goals.
- Internal Communication: Collaborate with internal departments to support dealer efforts.
- Regulatory Engagement: Cultivate relationships with local and national regulatory agencies.
