As a Sales & Account Manager, you independently develop and manage smaller to medium-sized accounts – from the first conversations to the launch at the POS. You develop existing partnerships, bring in your own ideas, and support larger key accounts, for example, with pitch presentations or offer documents. You work closely with marketing, supply chain, and product management – and bring our vision into the retail sector.

Your Tasks

  • Close and Manage: You take responsibility for smaller to medium-sized trading partners and develop them strategically – from acquisition to management.
  • Build Relationships: You create genuine partnerships, think solution-oriented, and turn ideas into listings.
  • Participate in Pitches: For larger accounts, you support with presentations, product presentations, and offer documents.
  • Plan Campaigns: You contribute to the concept and implementation of retail campaigns – together with our marketing team.
  • Work with Numbers: You analyze sales figures, create reports, and derive meaningful measures from them.
  • Design Instead of Manage: You think along, think further, and actively bring in your own ideas.

Your Profile

  • First experience in B2B sales – ideally in the retail, FMCG, or consumer goods sector.
  • Strong communicator – clear, empathetic, convincing.
  • You have an ownership mindset and like to get involved yourself.
  • First experience in dealing with customers, pitches, presentations, and product presentations.
  • Structured working method and good organizational talent.
  • Confident use of Excel / Google Sheets and presentation tools like Slides or PowerPoint.
  • German at C2 level, English proficient in speech and writing (B2–C1).
  • Nice to have: Experience with Hubspot or similar CRM systems.
