Account Manager – Urology

As an Account Manager Urology, you will manage a defined territory in either South or North Poland, working closely with hospitals and healthcare providers. You will collaborate with urologists, surgical teams, nurses, and procurement departments. Your mission will be to drive business growth, launch new products, and promote innovative solutions that improve patient outcomes. This is a field-based role combining relationship building, clinical support, commercial strategy, and customer training.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Customer Engagement: Lead sales activities within your territory, ensuring high customer satisfaction and strong loyalty across the Urology portfolio.
  • Stakeholder Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term partnerships with key healthcare professionals and decision-makers.
  • Strategic Account Planning: Develop and implement territory account plans. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Clinical & Technical Support: Provide on-site support during procedures and ensure proper use of products.
  • Inventory & Logistics Coordination: Work with hospital teams to maintain product availability, manage inventory, and support post-sales activities.
  • Education & Training: Organize or support workshops, trainings, and local educational events to increase clinical knowledge and product adoption.
  • Market Intelligence: Collect insights on healthcare trends, regulatory changes, and competitor movements to support strategic decision-making.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Experience: 3–4 years in sales, account management, clinical field support, or a healthcare-related role. Experience in Urology or medical devices is a strong advantage.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in healthcare, life sciences, business, or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Fluent in Polish and proficient in English. Confident working autonomously in hospital environments and managing multiple stakeholders. Commercially driven, organized, and results oriented.
  • Mindset: Curious, proactive, and eager to learn. Strong team player who builds meaningful relationships and consistently delivers value to customers.
